2-Day Exchange Policy

We want you to train in gear that fits right. If something isn't right, you can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are for a different size or another item of equal value.
Packs must be returned complete (all pieces) to be exchanged.
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it at no extra cost.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 78 728 340 or email info@noxisfc.com with your order number and the item/size you want. We will confirm availability and arrange the pickup and delivery. Delivery fees for size exchanges may apply and will be confirmed before we proceed.
